17/7-12 Japan Day 14: Japan, Tokyo, Shibuya, it's time to say goodbye

I would like to say...finally the last day, but that just doesn't match with my feelings at all. The last day felt so weird. You come to Japan, get to know Shibuya, the subway and Japanese manners and now you have to go home. It's sad.

So on this last day decided to split up and spend the entire day shopping in Shibuya and Sentaa-gai.

We also met up with Akina and had our last dinner with her. We went to eat Okonomiyaki.

yum
I ordered Peach Calpis. The tastiest drink I've ever had. I miss it so much <3

I think you can only get peach calpis at the restaurant, but you can get regular calpis at
any vending machine which is quite delicious as well, but I still prefer the peach one <3

In the evning after we said goodbye to Akina, we started packing. We decided to stay awake all night so we could sleep on the plane instead. After the packing were done we got to borrow a weight from the Hotel-staff and luckily our suitcases were not overweight.

The rest of the night we spend watching the Korean movie ''you're my pet'' and other hilarious Korean live-shows.

We left Shibuya Tobu Hotel around 6 in the morning and arrived at Narita around 8. Although we had a bit issues on our way back we managed in the end. We checked in out bags and had our last lunch on the airport.

Tempura shrimp-udon and Melom soda

We left Japan around 11 PM

I would also like to say bye bye Japan, but I won't because this is definitely not the first and last time. This is was of the best holidays I've had a you bet I'll come back for sure!

16/7-12 Japan Day 13: Fangirls in Harajuku

Lol so on this day we weren't supposed to, but in the end we went to HARAJ00K00 again. Because we love Harajuku ok. This day was also meant to spend on shopping and so we did.
Bought a tons of clothes. Also bought some fangirl-stuff . You know Imma big fan of Miura Haruma and Chinen Yuri so bought two posters of them. lol HOW OLD AM I? 13??

Our dinner in Harajuku

I swear at first I thought the guy in pink was a very tall girl until I heard his voice. He was so awesome I just had to ask for a picture. They were both very friendly and posed for me!

I think the guy in pink was cosplaying her. Does anyone know the name of the character?

Sneakpeak of some of the stuff I bought

When we got back to the Hotel we had a bit of fun with our fangirl-stuff. Ok we are so fucking childish so never mind our retardness. We laughed so much I'm glad it was just us there. Retarded humor is retarded.

Also on our way back we bought Gara Gara-kun ice cream from a stand since it was Gara Gara-kun festival those days. I had the one with Soda flavour. Ok I can still remember the taste, why Norway, WHY DON'T YOU HAVE ICE CREAM THAT TASTE LIKE THIS?

omg I miss this

I swear we have issues.

15/7-12 Japan Day 12: Neko Cafè & Gundam Cafè

Ever heard about Cat-Cafè? Or in Japanese: Neko-Cafè? Nope? Well it's a very casual cafe where you don't go for the drinks, but the Cats. On our 12th day in Tokyo, we decided to go and visit one of those Cafès.

We took the Subway to Akihabara in the morning. First we had a quick look inside Don Qujiote again, then we went to check in for the Cafè called: Neko Jalala (lol). At that time it was full so yeah, we had to make a reservation.

There are different prices for hours, we took one hours which was 1300 yen (if I remember correct). When it was finally our turn, we walked in guided by the lady working at the cafè. We had to take off our shoes, wash our hands, order a drink and so on, everything were very structured.

This sweetie was my favourite! He was sleeping on the milk and sugar box all the time <3

this giant was a so-called ''Norwegian forest-cat''. I thought it was a dog first .Giant kitty is giant.

-
After the Cafè we was on our way home when we suddenly saw...omg: GUNDAM CAFÈ!
I completely flipped out and even though we had to qeue for 20 minutes outside it was so freaking worth it.
You have to know that I love Gundam Seed.

There was also a AKB48 cafè next to the Gundam one, but jesus I chose Gundam easily duh.

You know usually when you go into a place the people working there bow for you and say ''irrashaimasen'' (or something like that) well since this was a Gundam Cafè. Everyone greeted you like they do in the army, just like they do in Gundam Seed. Haha I felt a little bit of my Otaku-era was coming back cuz I sure wanted to greet back :'D

queuing outside

Mobile Suit <3!

Haha even the menu's are Gundamfied. Would you look at the date

We ordered Pink Haro-drinks!

And pasta! I think the carrot are supposed to be a Mobile Suit-shield

In the evening we went back to the same bar as yesterday because we wanted to be there in silence and have our so longed parfait. We actually wanted to order it then, but because those Australians wouldn't stay quiet we didn't got the chance.

14/7-12 Japan Day 11:Back to Harajuku

Today we went back to Harajuku! More shopping you know. For lunch we went to Sweet Paradise. It´s a time-limited cake buffet where you can stay for 70 minutes and eat as much as you want for only 1200 yen. They also have a few choices of pasta and stuff.

The cakes were ok, not very delicious, they all kinda tasted the same, but for the price I think it´s reasonable. I don't know what the green thing is though, it kinda tasted like Mochi. Nothing special.

If you're looking for Decoden-stuff I recommend you drop by ''Fancy Pocket''. Actually I got to know the
shop through watching Kawaii.i on youtube. Jelly-model Mana Honda was introducing it. You'll mostly find primary school-girls though :'D

Also found Closeth Child. I second-hand Lolita clothing shop. I even found ''Sugary Carnival JSK'' from Angelic Pretty (you lolita know what I'm talking about) , but for 33 000 yen lol

In the night we went to a bar at the clubbing street. We didn´t sat there for very long before two Australians came to our table and wanted to sit down, we said it was okay, but jesus I regret...they spoke like WAY TO MUCH. omfg we didn´t really got the chance to say something to each other at all...it´s was interesting to meet new people also on holiday, but those were a bit annoying. We where forced to sit there till 05:00 in the morning. Until the bar was closing...jesus.

When we came back to the hotel we realized we had forgot our key, ok so we couldn't get into the room and when Janicke tried to ask if they had a spare key the man behind the desk said no. Either he didn´t understand or he was being careful just in case we where strangers trying to get into the hotel. Ok so what to do? the cleaning staff would´t be there before 11 and no way we were sitting there for another 6 hours!

So the this brilliant thing we did, before I left I had downloaded this app called: Learn Japanese, I thought it was worth a try to look through and for our luck they had ´´sorry I forgot the key in my room´´translated to Japanese. So I went and show this guys the app and ha asked for my full name and room number. Finally the problem was solved, the hotel guy locked up for us and aaah

HIT THA BED night zzZZZzzzzz.....

Oh and btw here is how the app look like if you wanna get it. Only ''lite version '' is for free, but I bought the whole version.

13/7-12 Japan Day 10: Tokyo Tower and Tower Records

On this day we decided to go to Tokyo Tower, when you first are in Tokyo so why not right?
(tried a bit lighter make-up. What I wore the other day was horrible tbh)

We wanted to go to the tower at night because the night view is better than in daytime so in the noon we went to this really huge cd/dvd-store called Tower records. It´s supposed to be very famous in Shibuya, so if you ever go to Shibuya then pay it a visit. You´ll find all kinds of cps there like....EVERYTHING. American, African, Norwegian, J-rock, J-pop, K-pop, J-punk you name it sweetie.

For lunch we had grilled mackerel at Ootoya! It was waaay too delicious, but unfortunately I don´t have any pics : (

At night we went to Hamamatsucho to go to Tokyo Tower as planned. The view from the Tower where beautiful!

When we came back we went to First Kitchen to grab some Bubble Tea and go. Then suddenly appeared two men (i´d guess they were around 30 or so?) they were really drunk and wanted to have a sip of our Bubble Tea like...FUCK YOU? I DON´T SHARE MY BUBBLE TEA WITH ANYONE ESPECIALLY NOT DRUNK OLD MEN

But the main reason they stopped us was because they wanted us to go into this Purikura-place with them, because that place is for ´´girl only´´unless you bring your boyfriend. MY BOYFRIEND? OLD MEN? please go and have a laugh darling

They were so persistent that I got really annoyed so just had to tell them straight out that NO was a no...didn´t even tried to be polite like we usually try because most Japanese are really polite even when drunk! In the end they gave up. Thank god for that.

12/7-12 Japan Day 9: Ikebukuro

First thing first. I don't remember I've posted a pic of our sexy pajamas at the hotel so here you go:

One word: surgeons

and then, let's get to business.

On this day we decided to go to Ikebukuro and pay Sunshine City a visit. My friend Celine had recommended it for us so yeah mama had to listen to the Japan-pro right?  Sunshine city is a big shopping center with a 60 floors tall observatory. There´s also a amusement-park thing (?) called Namja Town in there, but we didn´t go.

entrance

they had Maybelline x Hello Kitty mascara there! I should've bought one!

But we did go shopping (ofc) and had delicious ice cream at Coldstone! The ladies behind the desk at Coldstone were SO happy and friendly, they also sang a song for us while making the ice cream aww <3

After we came back to Shibuya I had to take a nap and then after that we wanted to go out for dinner, but since it was so late most restaurants had already closed except for those fast-noodle and curry shops, but after a bit of frustration we were really lucky to find this thai-restaurant hidden in a corner in Sentaa-gai. ´´Thai Garden´´to name it correctly had really delicious food! like REALLY! They even had fresh coconut juice and coconut-sticky rice!

My dessert: Coconut-sticky rice with honey-mango!

Janicke's: Coconut pudding!

After the ´´dinner´´we paid the Pinks Bar a visit again. Yukino and Tatsuya was working so we sat down and had a couple of drink while we tried to have a conversation in ENGURISHU , mostly about Norwegian salmon and j-rock-punk.

There was a terrible storm when we headed home, like screw the clouds, the umbrella we bought were totally useless, so we got completely soaked.
this is btw the sign for PINKS. If you ever find the place, pay it a visit : D

Wonderful, but that day overall was really great!

11/7-12 Japan day 8: Akihabara and Shibuya 109

On day 8, we took the subway to Akihabara. If you like electronic stuff and otaku-stuff I recommend akihabara. They've got everything a anime lover want. Only not Sailor Moon.I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED . WHY NO SAILOR MOON??

For lunch we went to Code Geass cafè!
we so excited

the chair-covers where quite fascinating

drink menu, lol they even have alchoholic drinks

GET DRUNK AT CODE GEASS CAFÈ???

no

so I had the pink non-alchoholic one. It tasted like strawberry milk. Just 10 times sweeter, but
I don't mind. I love sweet stuff.

finally got my food. ITADAKIMASU

After lunch we went inside this big shopping center called Don Quijote. It's supposed to be quite famous in Akihabara, but very difficult to find as the name of the center is shown in japanese letters. No english, so we had to ask and look at maps on the street.

Sale on lashes so we went crazy.

At least I don't think I need to re-stock lashes for a while

I went totally crazy there and spend around 15 000 yen. My wallet lost weight.

Back in Shibuya we went to 109 as it was the last day of the 7 days bargain! I bought two dresses from Liz Lisa as it was sale!

Also a belt and a golden chain from Twisty and a pair of demin harem pant from MarpleQ which I'm in love with atm. I'll definitely buy more from MarpleQ!

The staff-girl from MarpleQ was so cool so I had to ask for a pic : D  woah!

And also went inside Ank Rouge and bought this set with skirt and blouse on sale.

The shop-staff girl inside Ank Rouge spoke english very well (that's the main reason we went into the shop lol) so it was much more fun talking to her as you didn't have to speak with a funny grammar or anything.

She was so surprised when I told her I was a huge fan of the director of Ank Rouge (and Popteen model) Okarie. I even told her that gyaru-fashion was really popular in europe. she had noe clue at all. (Wow REALLY?)

She was like: ''really?? I didn't know. Do you read popputeen as well?''

She was really nice, maybe a bit too nice as I felt I couldn't just leave without buying anything, but I'm glad I bought the set :' D because I loooove it!

サックスアイテムイメージ

unfortunately mine is in wash so this picture from their website will have to do!

10/7-12 Japan day 7: Forever 21

On this day we woke up around 15:30 because we went to bed to late (or would it be better to say EARLY?)

We basically just dressed up and went to have some dinner. Went to this ice-shop again where we had those delicious avicadoxshrimp-burgers last time. This time I had spicy sandwitch and Janicke had fruit sandwitch and then we just took from each other. Sharing is caring.

MY FOOD

MY FOOD (I wish)

After that we went to Forever 21. There's this huuuge Forever 21 in Shibuya. 6 floors tall bb.
Janicke wanted to buy some clothes so I went with her.

I didn't buy anything myself . Only a new iphone-case as my old one started to bloody annoy me.

9/7-12 Japan day 6: Meeting Akina and Shibuya Milky way live house

Today we had a appointment with Akina. A friend of us in Norway introduced her to us!

We decided to met in Ueno. Akina showed us around. Went to this old market and toy store with 6 floors. TAKE THAT NORWAY ( we later found out the korean k-pop group 2PM went there a few days after. OMG OK )

We also took some purikuras. The ugliest ever because we though the pic would snap at ''3'', but actually it snaps at ''4'' haha. You won't see it. I WON'T SHOW YOU

After Ueno we returned to Shibuya to have some dinner. We went with Akina to Hanamaru. A Udon/Noodle place. Their Udon was really delicious and we got to pick some of the food ourselve.

Pics stolen from Akina. So difficult what to choose huh?

Finally went for tempura eggplant, chicken and some kind of fish

Akina smiling brighter than the sun. Ok ok she's  super pretty I admit it! HNGHGHG JELLY

Later that night we were invited to  Milky Way Live house in Shibuya. A Norwegian friend of us are living in Japan and playing in a band called Salty Dog (check them out) and the other day when we were in Harajuku we met them and so got invited to their play. Also a lot of other bands were playing. Kinda rock-ish/dark music if you like! I had a wonderful evning.

This day must be the best day in Japan.

Inger (to the right) with some of her band mates from Salty Dog

After the plays we stayed there to wait for the ''after-party'' to start. We were guided to this bar called PINKS. You could call it a ''Rock bar'' because they only played rock (from what I heard?). The owner Yukino was very kind although his english wasn't very good we still managed to have a chat. He didn't knew where Norway was haha nor Sweden or Denmark, but he DID knew where London was . ok sweet lord

We also got to know some of the few people there: Shogo, Yuuko, Tatsuya and this guy I can't remember the name of. It's so damn annoying because he was really funny and nice! There wasn't many girls speaking to us expect Yuuko. She was really nice and I really liked that she was so open and friendly!

We stayed in the bar till 06:00 AM in the morning lol and then people started to draw on others faces lol oh Japan<3

BOY

After that we returned back to the Hotel. Tatsuya was heading the same way so we went down to Shibuya center together. He gave us a CD for his band: Delhezi (check it out!) and then we had to say goodbye, but before that he wanted to take a pics of me and Janicke.

He said something like: SUGOI KAO (something with amazing face?) yup we went out with monobrows!. So now this japanese guy has a really ugly picture of our faces on his phone. Safe. But then again I've got horrible pics of them so we're even! HAH
