Some himekaji/romagyaru outfits, makeup & update

Hi everyone!!

So yesterday I was at work and got home very late, but for some reason I woke up very early this morning so after cleaning the apartment I decided to make a blog update with some outfits, makeup etc.

So here we go.

Outfit 1.

I don´t remember when this was taken, but I like the coord except for my hair which died when I opened the door :´(

The top is from Liz Lisa and it is really adorable!

The skirt is also from Liz Lisa. A friend of mine who lives in Tokyo at the moment bought it for me and to be honest I was surprised by the thick material. It´s supposed to be a summer skirt, but I personally think it´s a bit too warm for summer so it´s perfect for fall.

Outfit 2.

This was actually quite recent. I went to visit a friend of mine who had just moved into a new apartment and I though I at least should show some respect by wearing something presentable.

Knit: Liz Lisa (this was actually my first ever Liz Lisa item and I would´t trade or sell it for anything in the world, it has a lot of sentimental value!)

My iPhone camera has super crappy resolution, but the one thing I like about it is that my makeup don´t disappear ( if you know what I mean).

So what else?

Well... for the past months I´ve been going to the gym a lot. I actually enjoy exercising and it helps me relieve a lot of stress. The result is that my legs have been more toned and I love it!!

´´Gals & shit´´ Gyaru-meetup in Stockholm pt. 1

Haiii gals!

It´s time to blog about my weekend in Stockholm because it was AWESOME!

I think it was in the middle of January when Ingvild asked me if I wanted to come with her to this gal-meetup in Stockholm in March. I was kinda nervous about it since it would be my first meetup. I knew no one and kinda felt like and outsider, but I´m glad I went.

The first day we arrived at Arland Airport around 12:00 or so. The check-in at Omena Hotel wasn´t till 16:00 so we had plenty of time. We met Tuomas, Heikki and Alex at the Airport (names right?) . It was my first time meeting them, but they were all very polite and nice!

After that we went to check-in. The hotel was one of the ´´ghettoest´´  I´ve ever been to. The reception was a check-in box.

...but it was cheap so no complains. After that we met Imke and Juju who was also staying at the same hotel. Then we packed our stuff, dolled up and went out to meet Lydia, Kimi and the rest. God was I tired...I had 4 hours of sleep the night before and how I managed to keep it together is beyond me.

I don´t have many good pictures from the first day because I was ass-tired and couldn´t be bothered.

This is the only presentable one I guess. So many hot gals in one pic!

The next day we got up at 10:00 and received room service a´la Erlend. He got us some cheeseburgers because I ordered him to do so. I´m the queen. After that we went to the center to have a look around. I got some stuff from Top Shop and after that we came back to the hotel to get ready for the night.

Here have a pic of me to enlighten your day. This is pretty much how my makeup was. Only that I was more tan in real. I wish my front-camera was a little bit better. Only reason I want to get a iPhone 5. The picture is great, but the resolution is terrible! You hear me Apple?

I kinda wish I didn´t rush my hair. I thought we was running out of time, but then Lydia said they were going to be late so I had time left, but I had already emptied the bottle with hairspray.

Lilac all the way

Haiii gals!

Long time no blog. I´m not even going to apologize as I have completely fair reasons to not bloggin the past week.

Maybe not the funniest reason, but uniwork is at the moment my first priority. I had so much to do that I actually deactivated my Facebook for a short period. My past weekend wasn´t really ´´weekend´´for me. I spent all my time in the library reading as I was to hand in a essay on monday, have midterm-test on tuesday and hand in my ex.phil assigment on wednesday. 

Yesterday everything was handed in and I had some time to spare doing things I like. I went to town with my friend and we had some bubble tea and sushi. After that we went shopping. I haven´t been shopping in normal stores for ages and had a really nice day!

As I already wore make-up I didn´t want remove it so I just applied make-up over my casual make-up. Maybe not many of you guys know it, but I used to wear a lot of purple eye-shadow back in the old days, but then I went over to gyaru and thought it didn´t really fit. Pity because I like it a lot.

I´m trying to figure out how to make this go with gyaru because I´m considering using my lilac YSL eyeshadow-palate again and I haven´t used it for a long time. It´s almost as good as new.

Here was what I wore yesterday:

I bought the dress in Harajuku when I was in Tokyo last summer, but never worn it until know. The reason why is that it´s a bit transparent, but I figured out that my old prom-dress had the same shape as this one so I could wear it underneath.

Coat: Gant

You may not see the difference on the pictures, but I recently started to go to tanning salon and I´m trying to build up a nice tan for this summer! I actually look quite tan in real, but the pictures are not being very fair : (

I also tried to do my hair in a new way. I usually curl my hair all the way and tease as hell, but it´s not good for the hair especially not teasing. I tried to do some ´´sleek´´-curls, it takes me about 5 minutes to do it and it doesn't straight out right afterwards. What do you think?

Saturday in town & outfit

Hi gals!

On saturday I met up with my friend Keziah. We went to have some bubble tea and had a long chat about girlish stuff!

My make-up for the day! I like this picture, but somehow it doesn´t really resemble myself.

I look...younger here(?). Maybe that´s why I like it haha!

After bubble tea we went to do some shopping before we ended up at Burger king. What a ´´galicious´´ life. We took loads of pictures, I think the lady in the front of us was thinking ´´wtf´´ or at least her facial expression was telling us everything! It´s not fault we´re still young and wanna have fun! Can´t blame us can you? ´´Gals just wanna have fun!´´

Keziah bought Ageha from Neo Tokyo. I was considering buying it, but the gift that came with the magazine was a ´´Glad news´´makeup-puch and I´m not in particularly fond of Glad News so I dropped it.

There were many nice snaps in the magazine though..

This is my favorite. I really like the contrast between Himena and Sakurina.

I´ve never really been such a big fan of Himena, but after I watched her in kawaii international I gained new respect for her. Being a DOKUMO really isn´t just a piece of cake. Also some of her more ´´toned-down´´outfits where she wears Liz Lisa are quite inspiring so I might just give her a new chance!

After Burger King we went down to the Central station to take some pictures. 

Hahah this guy wanted to be in the picture so bad. He was funny and I wish Oslo had more people like him! Completely without any prejudice or negative reactions towards us.

Spending my day with good friends

Hi gals!

Today was indeed a very fun day. Most people have what we call ´´winter holiday´´, but as I´m in Uni I don´t have one, instead we have something called study day. I´m supposed to study on this day, but since my friend Christine was coming all the way from Sandefjord to Oslo I thought the reading could wait for tomorrow. So I went down town to meet her. My friend Martin was also there so we three went to have some bubble tea at the new bubble tea store  inside Oslo city.

I had passion fruit milk tea and Christine had mango milk tea, Martin had mango fruit tea. I´m not really a fan of the fruit tea myself though.

The man behind the desk at the shop was really sweet and friendly, I prefer the tea they have at Grünerløkka more, but the service at this shop was so SO much better!

It´s been a long time since I last curled my hair so today I had to give it a go. Only sleek curls, didn´t have enough time to ´´mori´´it up, but I like it nonetheless. 

After that we went to have some burgers and chit-chatted for a looong time, then we went out to take some pictures.

Taken by Martin when I wasn´t paying attention, but somehow the best pictures of me are always accidentally taken by someone else heh.... I really like this picture!The shadow on my forehead is kinda weird, but never mind that ok?

I don´t post outfits very often as the lighting inside my room is terrible and I don´t have someone else to

snap pictures of me, but since Martin is studying photography I made him snap one.

If only I had my personal photographer or something hahah!

Got myself some new stuff. I recently lost my MAC lipstick so I had to get a new one, this time I went to the drugstore to buy one . Since I always seem to loose my expensive make-up I might as well stick to cheap ones :´(

...and the new issue off EGG. I love this issue as summer is coming and there were a few tan gyarus and interesting street snaps!

Polkadots ,waves & over 200 followers

I was looking through my camera when I stumbled upon a outfit I had forgot to post. Just because I care if you don´t.

I´ve had so much to do lately so no wonder. Talking about much to do...I didn´t even notice

J-fashion Halloween and bubble tea

Yesterday I went with Ingvild a J-fashion ´´Halloween´´ meet-up arranged by some new generation J-fashion pupils (very late though).  We didn´t planned to stay there long though, only to have a look, say hi and see if there were any gyarus. Unfortunately there were´t any : (

I saw many cute lolitas, some street-fashion inspired and one girl made a really good Mori-girl (although I don´t think she really knew what mori was haha ). 

Point make. I´m really in love with those lower lashes. Unfortunately I only have two pairs and the

brand is not very known so I dunno if I´ll find it on the internet : /

I had planned to take a few pics if I found any gyarus, but as I said i there weren´t any...

GUYS! GYARU IS THE WAY TO GO!

Norway has enough lolitas alright??!!

Also people were really shy in the beginning so it was a bit akward. What do you do in a situation like that? Oh yes you take over the laptop and play Shibuya Nation on max volume lol

We stayed there for about 1 1/2 hour, tried to persuade some people to try out gyaru (lol) and then went  to ChaBua to have Bubbletea! The bubble tea here was waaaay better than the one at Rådhusplassen.

I tried coconut milkshake with Tapioca and Ingvild had strawberry tea with tapioca and jelly.

Gotta requote Sasa: ´Íngwild suck the bubbles´´haha !

Later that night I met up with J and then went to D Dinner in town to eat. It´s a very popular chinese restaurant located near ´´Stortinget´´.

We both had duck. She had spicy duck and I had with foie gras <3 I LOVE FOIE GRAS

Then she had Mango pudding and I had pannacotta!

The best part: J paid everything HAH. Cuz it was my birthday present <3

When we returned home we decided to build a hut in my room. Ofc it had to be pink! Sometimes I wonder just how old we think we are?? It was fun though!
