Reunion for 3 & going back to J-rock

Last weekend I took the train to Erlend who now lives in Ski (or Skibuya as we like to call it). A reunion were supposed to take place at his house, but people kinda....ditched out the last minutes (some people with fair reasons, while some people....ok I don´t know).

In the end it was only Erlend, me and Christine. I kinda feel sorry for Christine who travelled all the way from Bergen just to find out... that we were only tree left, but nonetheless it was fun!

It´s wasn´t like what I had expected at all, but with fewer people you get the chance to talk and gossip more am I right? I hope next time people will be better at planning how to spend money. To be honest I´m a little bit annoyed because it´s not like this was decided tree days before. We had five months in advance to save up money. Then again people might´ve had personal reasons behind this, so I´m not gonna make it sound so horrible.

Stole this one from Erlend. I was trying to do a Sadako although the hair color is wrong.
I love Christine´s hair. It was so thick and gorgeous, she later curled it and those damn curls stayed until morning, even after she had slept for so long. I am forever jealous. As for me..yeah wishing upon a shooting star...!

The highlight of the evening in my opinion must´ve been the para para dancing!
None of the girls I´m living with seems to be interested in para para so I´ve kinda been practicing in my room by myself all the time (forever alone), so it was nice to dance with someone that actually knew a few steps.

I think this is seriously the only presentable picture of me from that day, no seriously.. apparently my face didn´t want me to take any pictures, but that´s okay because I need to stop being so vain (nevah).

As you can see I´m not wearing any circle lenses here. I´m practicing gal make-up without them as I´ve decided to take better care of my eyes and wearing circle lenses all the time won´t help . I know I probably look less gal without them, but I´m practicing and I´ll get there.

I´ve by the way started to listen to j-rock again. They kinda started to have a big conversation about it and Erlend´s CdxGamesxMovies-collection were huuge and I got sucked in heh.

I used to listen to it before, but I only liked Kaya and Versailles, now I´ve fallen for
Blu Billion and Schwarz Stein.

It seems like everyone is just going for k-pop nowadays. I like a few groups when it comes to k-pop, but besides Hyuna there´s none k-pop artists I really worships. I have to admit that j-pop and j-rock still stays in my heart till these days (probably because that´s what I´ve been listening to the most ever since I was a kid).

Here is one of my favorite songs from Blu Billion. When Erlend gave me a bunch of j-rock bands I instantly fell in love with them. I love the vocalist´s voice. Most j-rockers are deep voiced, but this guy really has a special voice and I LOVE IT. I also really like the guitar playing in the background.

You just wait, in a few months you´ll be seeing me on the street of Karl Johan wearing nothing but black and studs.

No.

Joking.

Good night.

Learning para para and some of my favorite routines

Hi gals!

Usually I would make a post about how my christmas was just like everyone else, but unfortunately I forgot my usb cable to my camera back at my apartment in Oslo so that will have to wait.

Instead I decided to make a post about some of the para para routines I´m trying to learn at the moment.

1. Shibuya Nation.
One of the first routines I started learning after I got into para para, it´s one of those routines that´s really tiring to do. Especially the movements at 1:30, but nonetheless it´s one of the routines I keep dearest. It reminds me about those ´óld days´´when more girl were into gyaru here in Norway!

2.Sousei no aquarion (by Nagisa)
Although I get freaked out by the ´´heart pose´´the egg-girls do at the beginning, the routine itself is
incredibly fun to do and it´s not very difficult either. I´ve only got a few step left to learn.

3.Sukidayo Zuttosukideshita(wtf...how the hell do you pronouce that? ಠ_ಠ)

I came over this one by a accident, but this one really caught my attention. It kinda looks like some kind of ´´chicken-dancing´´, but that´s what made it funny for me. I´m having a lot of fun learning this one.

...and last, but certainly not least: my favorite routine which I don´t know the name of.
It´s such a shame because I really love everything about it, pity it´s so short...

It´s such a happy routine that instantly gives me the feel of summer. Like...
I want summer NOW!

I would love to do a routine with someone else one day. I hope I´m not the only one still into para para?
I know it´s kind of getting old now among the gals, but for me it´s not. Be your own trendsetter hah

AND

It´s also a great exercise . It may look easy, but girl I dare you to try it out. Sometimes my arms hurts until the next day. If anyone are still interested in para para please let me know!

I´ll just leave it there for now.

Agepoyo and sparkle!

Kana Nishino - Always (new single)

Anyone heard Kana´s new single? Anyone else who fell in love? It´s really a shame they deleted her MV from youtube although I was lucky to watch it before it happened.

Wise ft. Dear ft. Yunkoro

Today was day off again aka ''study day'' so I went down town to send of a parcel and get some stuff done.
Also met a old friend to sell him a caps, had some coffee and studied a bit. You can't say I'm not doing anything!

Also as you can see my fringe is finally over the ''annoying lenght'' - stage . Right now I quite like it, if it
can just stay like this and stop being rebellious. (I btw really liked my make today, just so you know)

Is there anyone else out there that find their hair more lovable after a long day with your hair tied up in a bun or ponytale? It looks more volumeous . Yup I liked my hair here. Just so you know.

..and finally I feel like my theet are just getting sharper day by day. Vampire much eh ...just so you know. ok ill stop posting bullshit as a excuse for being vain :´--D

a few days ago I made a Norwegian dish called: Fårikål. You gotta have Fårikål when fall's getting closer.
For me it's not the quality, but rather the QUANTITY. MORE IS MORE! M O R E

OOTD:

Sweater: Monki
Shirt: Monki
Necklace: Harajuku (gift from J)
Skirt: Liz Lisa
Shoes: some Italian brand I don't remember

Lastly, but not least:

...by far one of the sassiest MV's ever, but I like it nonethless because of Yunkoro looking fabulous and Manya showing up <3 the song is quite sweet as well. You don't need to agree with me. Just listen.

13/7-12 Japan Day 10: Tokyo Tower and Tower Records

On this day we decided to go to Tokyo Tower, when you first are in Tokyo so why not right?
(tried a bit lighter make-up. What I wore the other day was horrible tbh)

We wanted to go to the tower at night because the night view is better than in daytime so in the noon we went to this really huge cd/dvd-store called Tower records. It´s supposed to be very famous in Shibuya, so if you ever go to Shibuya then pay it a visit. You´ll find all kinds of cps there like....EVERYTHING. American, African, Norwegian, J-rock, J-pop, K-pop, J-punk you name it sweetie.

For lunch we had grilled mackerel at Ootoya! It was waaay too delicious, but unfortunately I don´t have any pics : (

At night we went to Hamamatsucho to go to Tokyo Tower as planned. The view from the Tower where beautiful!

When we came back we went to First Kitchen to grab some Bubble Tea and go. Then suddenly appeared two men (i´d guess they were around 30 or so?) they were really drunk and wanted to have a sip of our Bubble Tea like...FUCK YOU? I DON´T SHARE MY BUBBLE TEA WITH ANYONE ESPECIALLY NOT DRUNK OLD MEN

But the main reason they stopped us was because they wanted us to go into this Purikura-place with them, because that place is for ´´girl only´´unless you bring your boyfriend. MY BOYFRIEND? OLD MEN? please go and have a laugh darling

They were so persistent that I got really annoyed so just had to tell them straight out that NO was a no...didn´t even tried to be polite like we usually try because most Japanese are really polite even when drunk! In the end they gave up. Thank god for that.

9/7-12 Japan day 6: Meeting Akina and Shibuya Milky way live house

Today we had a appointment with Akina. A friend of us in Norway introduced her to us!

We decided to met in Ueno. Akina showed us around. Went to this old market and toy store with 6 floors. TAKE THAT NORWAY ( we later found out the korean k-pop group 2PM went there a few days after. OMG OK )

We also took some purikuras. The ugliest ever because we though the pic would snap at ''3'', but actually it snaps at ''4'' haha. You won't see it. I WON'T SHOW YOU

After Ueno we returned to Shibuya to have some dinner. We went with Akina to Hanamaru. A Udon/Noodle place. Their Udon was really delicious and we got to pick some of the food ourselve.

Pics stolen from Akina. So difficult what to choose huh?

Finally went for tempura eggplant, chicken and some kind of fish

Akina smiling brighter than the sun. Ok ok she's  super pretty I admit it! HNGHGHG JELLY

Later that night we were invited to  Milky Way Live house in Shibuya. A Norwegian friend of us are living in Japan and playing in a band called Salty Dog (check them out) and the other day when we were in Harajuku we met them and so got invited to their play. Also a lot of other bands were playing. Kinda rock-ish/dark music if you like! I had a wonderful evning.

This day must be the best day in Japan.

Inger (to the right) with some of her band mates from Salty Dog

After the plays we stayed there to wait for the ''after-party'' to start. We were guided to this bar called PINKS. You could call it a ''Rock bar'' because they only played rock (from what I heard?). The owner Yukino was very kind although his english wasn't very good we still managed to have a chat. He didn't knew where Norway was haha nor Sweden or Denmark, but he DID knew where London was . ok sweet lord

We also got to know some of the few people there: Shogo, Yuuko, Tatsuya and this guy I can't remember the name of. It's so damn annoying because he was really funny and nice! There wasn't many girls speaking to us expect Yuuko. She was really nice and I really liked that she was so open and friendly!

We stayed in the bar till 06:00 AM in the morning lol and then people started to draw on others faces lol oh Japan<3

BOY

After that we returned back to the Hotel. Tatsuya was heading the same way so we went down to Shibuya center together. He gave us a CD for his band: Delhezi (check it out!) and then we had to say goodbye, but before that he wanted to take a pics of me and Janicke.

He said something like: SUGOI KAO (something with amazing face?) yup we went out with monobrows!. So now this japanese guy has a really ugly picture of our faces on his phone. Safe. But then again I've got horrible pics of them so we're even! HAH

8/7-12 Japan day 5: Shinjuku

This day we took the subway to Shinjuku! Didn't do anything special though.. just walked around and had a look.

Shinjuku is quite different from Shibuya. Less clothing shopping and more tall buildings.

We had minced meat and curry for lunch, but in my opinion it looks like something different  mmm
ihi hi hi HEHEHEH YUMMYYY

( ok never mind I'm so freaking childish)

I bought my Hey! Say! JUMP cd!
They're 2012 release is a collection of their old songs <3

When we returned back to the Hotel we wanted to have a powernap, but lol we overslept and woke up around 23:00 AHAHHAHA so we couldn't really do very much. We dressed a bit up, took some pics. Went to have dinner and then Starbucks.

After Starbucks this guy handing out fliers came to us and said something in japanese. Then we said we did not speak Japanese and you should've seen his face. He wouldn't believe it for all the money in the world and went all: ''REARIIII REAAARIII REARIII??''

We said yes and then he went to his co-worker that was standing a few meters away. I heard him say something like: ''MAJIDE? NIHONJIN JANAI??'' ok assume that's something like ''really? they're not japanese?''

And then he came running back to us and once more: ''REARRIII? NO JAPANESE?? WHERE U FROM??''

We told him we where from Norway and he was like: ''oh NORUWEII? NORUWEIIIII?? SUGOI''

and then he put his hands up and started to wave and shout : ''OK OK GOOODOO NAITO GOODOO NAITO YEAH YEAH HAV A NAISU EVNINGU'' If I didn't knew better I'd thought he was drunk

That was so funny, but he was very nice and not persistent at all like a few other people we've met .

Pamyu-maniac~ Miracle Orange

Good morning sweeties!

Alright this is kinda random, but oh whatever.
I bet everyone have heard about the famous Harajuku Princess Kyary Pamyu Pamyu right?

When Kyary first released her first album with this pon pon-song
I really disliked the song. She sounded just like another Shibuya-kei singer, but then I stumbled upon this song a few days ago and must say this is one of my absolute favourite song from Kyary.

isn't it cute? Why didn't they make a MV of THIS ONE?
I really hate all the songs they made MV's of : / (well Candy candy is kinda ok, but bleh...)

anyway I have decided to give her a new chance as she is one of my biggest fashion-idol! Her fashion-sense is amazing and her camera face is priceless <3

I wanna try this once haha!

Ps. I also changed my blog layout a bit : ) I'm not sure about the header, might change it, but I sure like the other changes. What about you?

I also added more information to the sidebar. Though it would be good to at least tell my name right ~ if you can pronounce it haha

take care <3
