200 Pounds beauty

So I just wanted to make a post about this korean movie called 200 Pounds beauty. It´s been a really really long time since I last found a korean/japanese movie interesting, but this one hit the jackpot.

´´Hanna is the famous Korean pop singer. She suffers from having extremely poor self-esteem, as she has been ignored because of her appearance. At last, she makes the decision of a lifetime to have full-body plastic surgery.´´

So what did I find good about this movie? 
It is a very touching movie, but luckily not in a romantic or sad way. This story´s main focus is not about love or friendship, but rather your identity. It´s about finding yourself and accepting you for who you are. It´s about seeing beyond your imperfections and focusing on the inner qualities. Ironic though...as I´m a very materialistic, cold hearted and vain person. Loved this movie :´D 

Definitely check out it out if you´ve got time. You won´t regret it.
